Good Looks Media was founded by brothers Tommy and Johnny Parizek in their hometown of Columbus, Ohio. From an early age, they were driven by a shared passion for creativity, whether it was making music videos for friends, shooting photos for local businesses, or experimenting with new forms of digital storytelling. Over the years, their love for creative projects evolved into something bigger.
Now, in 2025, Tommy and Johnny are taking the leap and going all in on Good Looks Media. With a combined experience in content creation, marketing, and brand strategy, they’ve built an agency focused on delivering high-quality, impactful content that connects brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. With over 8 years of business development and consulting experience, working at some of the world’s most innovative tech companies, Tommy brings a wealth of expertise to Good Looks Media. During his four years at Salesforce, he helped businesses optimize their sales strategies and refine their go-to-market systems.
At Good Looks Media, Tommy focuses on aligning creative excellence with measurable business success. He plays a key role in growing the agency’s brand while ensuring clients see a clear return on investment. With a strong ability to connect marketing efforts with business objectives, Tommy helps bridge the gap between creativity and profitability, driving impactful results for every client.
Johnny Parizek
Co-Founder | Creative Director
Before co-founding Good Looks Media, Johnny spent 3 years as one of the lead videographers for Rock City Church, one of the top 50 fastest-growing churches in the country. During this time, he honed his craft in storytelling, videography, and creative direction.
With a diverse skill set spanning video production, photography, design, and sound engineering, Johnny has spent his entire life immersed in the creative process. His keen eye for art direction and attention to detail drive the visual identity of Good Looks Media. As Creative Director, Johnny leads all client creative projects, ensuring that every piece of content we produce not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Content & Strategy Specialist
Nick is an expert in driving viral growth across social media, with a proven track record. He grew his personal TikTok to over 200K followers and scaled multiple client social media accounts to over a million.
At Good Looks Media, Nick applies his deep understanding of social media trends and his curiosity to help businesses grow their online presence, increase engagement, and achieve real results.
